  1. NECROPOLIS: DJ - An acrylic painting on a 16 x 20 size canvas board. It appears on the dust jacket of the book, "Necropolis" by Basil Copper, published by Arkham House in 1980.

The most difficult problem I had to deal with early on was the search for my own identity as an artist. Eventually, I just stopped worrying about it, I concentrated on the subject of the artwork; the objects involved, the composition, the tools and materials I would use.

So, though my style is not overly unique, like that of Cartier or Bok, or Powers, or Berkey, it pleases me whenever I read that someone can recognize my artwork at a glance.
